- You can return within 48 hours of the product being delivered.
- Accessories, bags, blouses, and footwear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Sarees with stitched blouses are also non-returnable.
- Customized & personalized products are non-returnable.
- For all other products please refer to the product page for specific return terms.
- Products must be in original condition and include all labels & tags intact.
- Petticoat charges are non-refundable.
- Returns should only be for items that are damaged/defective or are entirely different from the one shown online.
- Returns are subject to approvals.

Shipping & returns, if any, are free within India.
3. Are there any duties and taxes?
For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of GST.
4. When will I get my refund?
You will get your refund in 7 to 10 days.
Please Note: Once the product has been picked up, it takes 5-7 working days for the product to reach our warehouse, which then goes under Quality Check to ensure it is in original condition with all labels & tags intact. As soon as this process is completed, the refund will be initiated in your account within 48 hours.
